I've never given a one star review for anything in my life, so that should say something. The appointment was 1.5 hours late, the front desk person was mostly absent and there was no available water so I couldn't go back to my vehicle to get water in fear of being absent when the doctor came around. When Dr. Schwartz did come, she (nor anyone else) apologized for the long delay. She then proceeded to berate and belittle me every time I didn't instantly understand the medical terminology she was using, and 'muttered' how slow I was being in a way that I could clearly hear it. She constantly got frustrated with me every time I asked questions and treated me like I was intellectually disabled and basically said it to my face. During the treatment, there were several points where I was in pain but had no avenue to tell the doctor to stop, Dr. Schwartz just did whatever she wanted with no care of my pain level. AVOID HER!

Office was dirty. Exam room was dirty. Wait time was 1 hour 50 minutes while doctor answered office phone and booked appointments for later that morning. Doctor didn't wash hands before touching me after I observed her placing and taking calls on her cellphone kept in back pants pocket, talking calls on landline, and going through multiple paper files.

I am pregnant and had an ear infection for over 2 months. Susan was able to get the infection cleared up with minimal Medication. I feel like if I wouldn’t have gone to Susan I would have suffered and possibly compromised hearing in that ear. Thank you Susan!

Office staff not helpful and treated patients like they were bothering her.

The office is very short staff. The Dr is also doing paperworks and overbook patients. Dr was jumping back and forth to log into computer back to patient and touching tools to test me with without or gloves or wash hands or sanitize. Very disappointing.

I was a patient of Dr. Schwartz in the early 2000's when she was still in Michigan. She was the most thorough and amazing doctor that I have ever had (and I have a lot, ending up with lupus and an immune deficiency). She did two surgeries on my sinuses, and my current doctors ooohh and ahhh over her handiwork whenever I get updated scans. She helped make my life significantly more tolerable as a teen with constant sinus infections and allergies. My whole family loves her, and we were so sad to see her move away... but of course happy for her new opportunities. You can trust Dr. Schwartz. She is a master at her craft.

First off, I’m wondering why they don’t offer ZERO stars. I had a follow up appointment on April 13 to see the progress in an ear infection I felt coming and was taken care off in January. As it was in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to cancel the appointment, that I actually totally forgot about, the morning of the said day afternoon appointment. No one answered the phone, so I left a detailed message. The reason was, that I didn’t want to chance it getting sick in an office of an Ear, Nose & Throat doctor. I guess if you are sick and cough a lot, that’s where you would go. I got a call back later that day and the lady on the phone told me that they will charge me a $50 no show fee. After telling her the reason why I wanted to cancel the appointment , she said they are an ESSENTIAL BUSINESS and make no exceptions. So I just want to say - Thank you very much for having to pay you $50 - may you not spend it all at once. You are a disgrace.

I want you all to know that at the end of May Dr. Schwartz saved me from my mucus problem that I had been suffering from for about 5 months before and during this pandemic. My primary care doctor along with two med-live doctors made my concerns seem senseless , but when I was brave enough to call, Dr. Schwartz answered my phone message the very next morning and saw me that very day and prescribed medication that cleared up the problem in a few days. I thank her for her thorough review of my history during each and every visit and how she analyzes and makes the best decisions for my comfort in my allergy problems. I think she is overworked, underpaid, and under loved, so be kind to her! I wish for her a marvelous ocean vacation very soon and thank her for her service to all of us.

Had my first visit today. Front office staff was very friendly. Dr. Schwartz was thorough and professional. Explained things to me, very impressive. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Caring doctor nice staff

Expect a 2-3 hour wait past your appointment time. Extremely rushed visit, not personable in the slightest. She is very aggressive and irritable, as well as unprofessional. Impossible to get ahold of the office on the phone, and they’ll never call back, no matter how many messages you leave.

Dr. Schwartz is a life saver!!! back in February, I went to her for an ear ache, she saw me immediately and prescribe some antibiotics and ear drops, the ear did not go away at that moment. On a weekend , I called her service and she return my call immediately and she saw me again. that ear went away, but a week later i had another earache in my other ear, after several test she was able correct my problem. She was extremely sensitive to my condition each and ever time I saw her. On a side note, on one of my visit to her office on a Saturday, she noticed that my general health was extremely poor and suggested (demanded) that I go to the hospital immediately. She was correct - my blood pressure had dropped to 70/45 and I was dehydrated. Thanks Doctor Schwartz, you are the best!!! Mike Morris

(My husband &) I have been using Dr. Schwartz for many years. Never had a problem with her staff, or the Dr. herself. Her exams are thorough. I've known about the long waiting room hours and the overbooking so I know what to expect. For many people this would be unacceptable but I deal with it because Dr. Schwartz is an excellent physician. Before I leave for my appointment I call the office to find out how many patients are ahead of me and will then leave my house accordingly so I do not have to wait in the waiting room until I am called in for my appointment.

I have never had a doctor that always makes you wait 3 to 4 hour hours in a small, stuffy, hot waiting room. This is not an isolated incident. It happens every single time I went there and I’ve been there at least eight times now. The last time I went there was the last straw. The doctor was telling me how she didn’t know if she was going to make it and how the insurance companies were not giving her enough money. She said she was losing money and didn’t know how she was going to stay open.

Dr Schwartz was a referral from my PC physician and I love her! She is the most thorough Dr I’ve seen since I moved to Las Vegas 5 years ago. Yes, there’s a bit of a wait, but she’s so worth it - when it’s my turn - Dr Schwartz is totally caring and her focus is only on treating me! Her office staff are the sweetest.

Dr. Schwartz got me in to see her right away with an emergency appointment. She took the time to provide the testing and diagnosis, with a treatment plan right away. She is the down to earth doctor who really cares about her patients. She does not sugar coat things, but presents the facts as they are in reality. She even recommended me to another specialist to provide a specific treatment not offered in her office. Great office staff. EXCELLENT CHOICE!

Dr. Schwartz is an amazing doctor and never gives up on your problem until she resolves it. If there is a wait time -- Dr. Schwartz is worth it !!! I'm so grateful I found her.
