Staff was rude and condescending. Dr Steffy thinks she knows it all and that isn’t the case. Even when other doctors specialists are taking care of my health issues (I.e., diabetes), she overrides what that specialist wants me to do. That is not her job. Why did she send me to a specialist if she isn’t going to let me follow the specialist’ expertise?

The nurse has an attitude problem and plays the race card. Sad! ….and Dr Steffy complains about ‘where was grocery pickup when my kids were babies?’ I am paying for physician services, not complaints.

I have been dealing with office, phone nurses and NP. Doctor Steffy was not in the office even though she is awesome!! I would recommend this office even based on the nurses, assistants, and office workers

I can't say enough about Dr. Steffy -- she's personable, highly competent, very caring, and recommends effective treatment. I had to leave her care when I moved out of state and, after 5 years, I still have not found a doctor that compares. I miss her tremendously! If she is taking new patients, don't hesitate to make an appointment.

Dr. Steffy took care of me 15 yrs. She's a kind, caring person who tries her best for her patients. During my yrs with her I became disabled due to mesh. She went above and beyond to find out working with other doctors in 2 different states how to take care of me. She fought for my disability payments from work ; as well as social security. I've moved and wish I could have taken her with me. Will miss her as my doctor. Wish I could afford to travel back to Indiana to keep her as my doctor.
