I have had nothing but professional visits with her. I have followed her to University Place from Sumner. I look forward to see her tomorrow for a look at a mole which i got in 3 days. My full body scan is March. I have not had good results when calling for an appointment for eyes, etc., even when I had an emergency so found another clinic. I feel that our doctors don't know what is happening in with their patients. This is Multicare also.

Haven’t been able to see Dr. for > 2 years at clinic on Cirque Dr W, despite making it to my appts. Last year, I was turned away from my appt due to patient overbooking relating to a computer breach. Now, 5/7/2020, I was turned away again after waiting 45 min from the rescheduled appt; employee: Cheryl at the counter checked me in however neglected to inform me about ‘forms’ she apparently sent to my cell phone for me to fill out (I never received forms, and she didn’t tell me until after 45 min after I was to be seen.) When I inquired about the delay, Cheryl stated, “I’m waiting for you to fill out patient registration”. I was never informed about this new procedure nor was never informed to fill out anything. I questioned why she didn’t tell me when I arrived to my appt. I was then informed I would need to reschedule AGAIN as ‘doctor was behind and two people were ahead of [me]....I thought Dr. was a thorough Dermatologist; unsure now as l just haven’t been able to connect with her.
