Dr. Susan Szulc, MD

Her attitude was absolutely disgusting! She’s a disgrace to society I regret having her as a doctor myself!! I hate her and she’s never recommended in my books ever again!!

I have not liked her behavior in the past but she has improved recently Now that her awful front desk staff has been sent packing and her new nursing assistant is good things have changed for the better She used to smile and be so friendly at the last practice and then she went to tong and was back to her previous nice happy self again then her mood turned unhappy then good again U can tell by the look on her face whether she is happy or not

I have been with Dr. Szulc approximately 11 years. In the past I would have given her 5 stars. The level of care, availability and response has went down hill since she left Bon Secours and opened her own office. There has been 1 nurse for TWO Drs. with very slim appointment availability, a rude receptionist (recently replaced), and a lack of response from the Dr. She refused to order a lab test that I requested and I wanted explanation as to why. I sent 3 emails. One email was sent on 6/28, and I am just hearing back on 7/14. She responded stating she was on vacation. All emails should have been responded to PRIOR to walking out the door on vacation or immediately responded to by another staff member. I dealt with the other wait times, rudeness on the phone and such but this is the straw. I am done with this office as soon as I go to pick up my medical records.

First time patient and I was rather nervous. Dr. Szulc was very patient with me while we established a guideline and wellness package for the next half of my life.

It saddens me to have to post a review about my experience with this practice and their doctor Susan SZulc. I had a simple physical and was sent a EOB stating that it wasn't covered. I engaged with the Office Manager Teresa and she refused to correct the billing issue that she created to start with. Now i receive a letter saying that i am released from care because i wanted a simple billing issue correct. It's very sad that during COVID, i've had to experience such a lack of accountability. I recommend for you to take your care else where as this is not the location to assist you. I have a mother in law that is a veteran, and a wife that use this office. No longer will we.

Dr. Szulc was my primary Dr 2 years ago, I have since moved out of the area. Had I not I would have followed her to her new practice. She is awesome, I miss her as my Dr. You can't go wrong with her!! Doug

Dr. Szulc is outstanding! I was a patient of hers from a prior location and followed her to TPMG when she left. She is caring and listens to her patients needs.

Dr. Szulc has been my primary care physician for over 3 years now. She also became my 85 year old father's primary care physician in 2020. Dr. Szulc is extremely thorough with all details & requests and keeps me on top of required tests, vaccinations, etc...I HIGHLY recommend her for anyone looking for a primary care physician. I have high expectations and Dr. Szulc consistently delivers high quality care.

Dr. Szulc is a fantastic physician who is attentive and involves the patient in the care planning. She spends as much time as required without making you feel rushed, yet is great too at managing time to keep the appointments on schedule. She has a deep and broad knowledge and is the best physician I ever had to help manage your total health. I trust her judgement and expertise with any health issue or concern. She has excellent medical and communication skills. She is very responsive to requests for refills of prescriptions and answering questions in My Chart outside ofscheduled visits (in person or telehealth). Dr. Szulc also she works with you to find cost alternatives and is not shy to deal with the business side of healthcare. She is the best physician that I ever had and I feel fortunate she is helping me care for my health.

If you want to deal with rude staff and a doctor that blames the patient, then you’ve found your spot. Avoid like the PLAGUE. Scheduled an appt on Christmas Eve to be told my spot was at a different time and schedule me 2 week later. I walk in this morning to an angry Doctor defending her staff. Man haters apply at her front desk!

I love Dr. Szulc; after years of just having specialists, I am1 very happy to have a primary care doctor that can hold all the pieces together

saw a few physicians prior. I have white coat syndrome and my BP always elevates during visits, but is normal at home and when I check it at work. previous docs wanted to medicate me right away for BP at first visit and I wasn't comfortable with that. Dr. Szulc was the first to actually trust me and encouraged that I continue to monitor. she's great during regular visits and sick visits. always listens, asks you questions, and makes sure you understand.

I love this doctor, she is thorough, prepared and truly cares about my health. I never feel rushed, she asks questions and provides answers to my questions.

Doctor is good but the nurse assistant is not very helpful at all. I don't even think she asked my doctor for a refill of my medicine.
