This Doctor spends no time with you and pretty much off the bat prescribes pills. How anyone can diagnosis in such a short amount of if time. When your in crisis due to the meds she gives you.. she has a voicemail that makes it seems like they gives a crap. No one calls you. Then when you tell the office you won't be back. They keep you on the books and charges you and sends you to collection. And charges you almost four hundred dollars for 2 visits that you cancelled. One I had not scheduled.

Dr. Susan Tran is unprofessional and rude. Once her and the receptionist didn't see me in the WR, and began making jokes about the hefty fee I was going to pay because I was an apparent "no-show". When she closed her practice she gave only a week notice. When I asked her about other doctors, she gave me the name of my now Dr. (the only one who took my insurance) but INSULTED her. Tran made me feel small and didn't help me very much. My new Dr. is amazing. Tran, not so much.

She listens to what you issues are. I feel like she really cares. She didn't make me feel like I was just talking to be talking. I am so glad she is my Dr.
