I don't normally write online reviews. To date, I have written only one other review for Vaughan Heating and Cooling after they fixed my heater in their parking lot on Christmas Eve, So for me to write a review, I've got to have an experience high above the norm. Dr. McAndrew has been INCREDIBLY helpful in the care of my mother. While my mother obviously has good genetics to make it to 99-years old, she now has accumulated a laundry list of things wrong with her. Dr. McAndrew has been extremely responsive to my calls or e-mails and is a big reason why I still have my mother alive and well today. She and her staff are quick in getting a needed lab or prescription ordered and they never make me feel rushed or that we are a burden. In the many years Dr. McAndrew has been taking care of my mother, I've found Dr. McAndrew to be very knowledgeable, pragmatic and kind. She's an EXCELLENT doctor!! So much so, that my girlfriend has now become Dr. McAndrew's patient as well.

Never have I ever spoken to a Doctor so miserable and unprofessional. She was on the call clinician at the time I needed to speak to a Doctor about getting an antibiotic. Once she called me back I apologized that she had to work on a holiday. Her response was ok, what do you want? Are you kidding me?! You chose this profession lady. I told her my symptoms and with an attitude responds you can go to urgent care. Not feel better or this is what I suggest you do, just go to urgent care. I’m sure you’re not happy having to work on a Holiday but maybe don’t be a Doctor then knowing that is what your profession may ask of you.

Dr. McAndrew is always timely, patient and thorough. I never feel rushed and she allows for an open discussion about health concerns. Most importantly, she is warm, friendly and candid in conversation.

I liked this provider a lot. She listened to me, she's friendly. I felt like she understood me, and I understood her, and I would recommend her as a 10 anytime. She's a good physician. Thank you.

This provider was condesending and Did not use listening skills She prescribed medication juneva that has very dangerous side effects after knowing my resistance to medications

Amount of time sometimes is not enough
