Cant see her. We only communicate by email. Like to get checked by her.

Terrible doctor. Don't even bother going to her. Can't get an appointment to see her , and if you finally can she gives you orders and never follows up. You call the office leave a message and 5 days go by. You go there to get answers and they give you the run around. The doctor Doesn't even have the decency to come out and talk to you even though she's there. They throw you off to another doctor but don't tell you why. I will never go there again. Very unprofessional.

Very kind, compassionate, caring. Gets to really know her patients

Dr. Werner is a great doctor and a nice person. She is very knowledgeable and listens to you. However, getting her or her office staff to respond to you is like pulling teeth. Multiple times I would have to contact a facility on my own to get lab reports, as staff would reply to me in circles or not at all. I wish I could give her a better review.

Takes days and days to get a response. I went to the careworks and emergency room after waiting for a reply about shortness of breath etc and after going to er dr Werner's staff called the next day telling me the dr said I should go to careworks. She didn't even look at the chart to see anything before they called. Then told me they would review the notes.I'm still sick still short of breath and the er doctor said I should see my family physician today still not today to be seen until tomoro

I have been her patient of hers for many years , she is a wonderful doctor , caring , compassionate, highly intelligent , extremely helpful but most of all she cares about her patients . She takes her time to listen and explains all of her medical advice and knowledge to help you . She follows through and if necessary she will call you herself , she always replies to her text messages . I hope she never leaves this area that is how highly I think of her and depend on her .

I wish I was able to write a review about Dr. Werner, however after 4 DAYS of attempts to make an appointment - nothing. FOUR DAYS of listening to classical music. WHAT is going on? Even when I called the 800 "schedule an appointment" number, they could not get through to the Nanticoke office. What a great 1st impression. Oh well, my search for a new physician continues.

I was unable to get an appt when i was sick. the staff called me 4 hours later and said to go to an urgent care center. It also took me 45min to get thru to the office.

Dr Warner is very caring. She is very easy to Communicate with. During my visits she speaks to you and is not constantly looking at the computer

Dr Werner is caring, knowledgable and efficient. I have been her patient for 8 years and I not only trust her but, would and do recommend her.
