Extremely professional and great bed side manners. Definitely trusted her diagnosis and treatment plan. Took her time to explain everything and answered all my questions and concerns. We need more Doctors like this.

Dr. Coronado demonstrated great bed side manner. She was able to help my wife and I stay calm throughout a very challenging ordeal. Her knowledge and disposition was both welcoming and refreshing. She provided great detail regarding the diagnosis and possible treatment options. Her knowledge saved my wives life and put us in the path to wellness. I would gladly return to West Baptist with this kind of personnel providing care and support.

Horrible bed side manner, don't listen properly to the patient's concern. Has not time to listen or explain diagnosis, approaching with really unacceptable attitute.

This Dr. has the poorest bedside manner I've ever encountered. She suggested to my wife that can barely walk due to pain to exercise. Diliberatly ignored the fact that my wife has history of thyroid problems to check it since my wife has gained 40 lbs in 6 months. I've completely lost any respect for west Kendall baptist and their staff. And to top it off they had a male nurse cone in and say that maybe my wife has an mental issue how can someone that's bled for 12 weeks be crazy. Unacceptable!!
