Very disappointed
She was my primary care doctor and I had an appointment for my annual. The morning of the appointment I received a call that she no longer takes my insurance. I asked if they could renew my prescriptions once so I had time to find a new doctor since they were ready for renewal at that visit. They said they would call me back and never did! Just dumped me with my medication unable to be refilled until I had established with a new doctor.

Dismissed me
Dr does not listen to you. She dismissed me and told me was in my head. Surprised Lee Health still employs her has terrible reviews of same issue.

Needs to go back to medical school
I have been in the medical industry for 30+ years. Dr.Segura was assigned to me when my primary care left practice. She is VERY difficult to understand. Does NOT listen to the patient. Very opinionated. Do NOT recommend.

The receptionist who checked me in & Dr Segura's nurse were both very helpful, personable, and explained what was happening. I was pleased since what I had heard / read about FL is not what we experienced.

Would not recommend. Terrible Bedside service. Does not Respond to Patient concerns or Return phone calls. Many more qualified physicians within the Lee group to Choose from

I very much appreciate Dr Segura doing a through enough exam to find two areas of concern( mass in my abdomen and chest wheeze) That have been missed by Dr Zhukova and her Physician Assistant who I have seen in Feb and March.
