Reluctant to See in Urgent Care
As an urgent care doctor, he was reluctant to see my kid today at Dartmouth. If you cannot serve, you should step out from your position. Only your attitude won't help the patients. He thinks he can predict by watching the face of the patients.

Was acting like he was too good for my injury. He was negative and almost felt like a TV doctor. The PA that helped was positive, encouraging and did a great job suturing what the MD said probably wouldn't work... what a shame I didn't have a choice about seeing Dr Prusty and just got a bill for $300 for his 5 min of negative attitude.

He was unnecessarily arrogant and rude to the ER doctor who had been seeing me (and doing an excellent job of taking care of me). In describing why I shouldn't take a particular (and potentially useful) medication for my situation, all he could say was that it had some mechanism that wasn't well understood, so he didn't like it. Overall, not particularly patient friendly.
