It's clear that she cares about her patients, and it's sort of a rarity to find a psychiatrist who advocates for lifestyle change, rather than just throwing medicine at the problem. If you're struggling with mild mental illness, I'm sure she would be a great fit. That being said, she was not very helpful for someone struggling with chronic, treatment-resistant mental illness. I came in desperate for some sort of help, and her response was to just take melatonin and come back in a month.
