Dr. Susrap Song, MD

This was probably my worst medical experience to date. I got an appointment with Dr. Song due to her availability (Should be your first clue!). She was the rudest, coldest doctor I've ever encountered. Horrible bedside manner and was completely condescending. Claimed I was mentally crazy for bringing up the symptoms I had, and that I didn't have what I came in for, without doing any sort of exam or asking questions. I was berated and yelled at in front of her nurses, while I sat in a gown, to the point that I cried. Surprise, Dr. Song - I did have exactly what I came in for, after seeing an actual doctor who cares, listens and is deserving of that title. Do NOT see this OB - There are so many better options in the area, even within the Riverside Medical Clinic.

Didn't care about my symptoms and basically dismissed everything I was going through and blamed it on my weight. Wouldn't recommend.

I’ve seen many OBs with my various pregnancies but Dr.Song has been my favorite. She is straightforward, honest and doesn’t bother you with things that don’t matter. She is knowledgeable, takes the time, and goes above and beyond. My kids wanted to come back to see her because she treated them so well and involved them in my care. She is gentle with exams and explains what she is doing. She is able to read her patients well and anticipate. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Song. She’s great!

The best doctor I’ve ever had! She explained everything to me in such a professional and kind way. Answered all my questions and then some. Sees what will help you not the majority and goes the extra mile!
