I don't know if it was Dr. Michaels or the "office manager" who BILLED A procedure to Medicare, BUT no PROCEDURE was EVER performed on myself or my body. IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THIS DOCTOR or OFFICE PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILLS FROM HER OFFICE FOR "EXTRAS" THAT YOU ARE NOT AWARE OF HAVING DONE ON YOU!! If you do...call your Medical Provider and REPORT it! I will NEVER go back to office OR this Doctor....

This office is abysmal. It's impossible to reach anyone and evidently they're incapable of completing even the most basic tasks. I'm now extremely behind on a biologic all because her staff cannot be bothered to return calls to patients or pharmacies. You cannot entrust your health and well-being to the staff here. It was an absolute mistake to chose Dr. Michaels and her office.

Susun Michaels (DO), and her staff were extremely professional and courteous. Taking time to explain and help me with the forms before my appointment. Susun Michaels did a very thorough examination and was careful to answer very question. I Was very happy with my visit.

Very happy to recommend Dr. Michaels. Caring, competent and comforting. She expertly diagnosed a sore on my face as skin cancer and expertly excised it with a minimum of us. First class office staff, also. Highly recommended.

I been in her office several times and I was also operated Doctor Susan .I can hardly see the scar on my big nose and very excellent operation. I saw her yesterday , December 2 2019 and my confidence with her and the staff is still very positive. I will have no problem recommending this office , Doctor Susun and the staff to others.

Dr. Michaels was great! Look forward to next visit for outcomes. Scheduling: The phone system could be more user friendly; extended hold times. Office hours: Extended hours and weekend appointments would be nice for patients that work.

Dr. Michaels has been my dermatologist for years. She helped me through melanoma, follow ups, and annual check ups. She did surgery on my husband (who hates all medical people- but loves her!). We cannot imagine any physician in any field that could top Dr. Michaels in her care of patients, attentive listening, and expertise. If you have a choice, pick this doctor. You will be so happy you did.

Dr. Michaels is very caring, very attentive, and takes all the time necessary to answer any questions I had. She always remembers me and asks about things we talked about during the prior visit. She also found some pre-skin cancer and took care of that. I think she’s a great doctor and she’s very personable.
