Could be improved
The staff here is very friendly but I think the doctor sometimes doesn’t listen to my problems and is kind of insulting with throwaway solutions. Prescriptions are filled promptly at least but I usually ask for referrals if she seems disinterested in my problem. Not the worst doctor I’ve ever had for certain, but her beliefs do seem to interfere with her ability to help. My insurance actually recommended her without making sure those ‘beliefs’ wouldn’t interfere with mine. This is certainly something that should be considered in selecting new doctors. But it is not entirely unpleasant otherwise, and the office is clean and comfortable. I haven’t had issues with the wait too often; sometimes she’s just in the other room with another patient and it may take a while to come to my room after my vitals and such have been recorded. At the very least, I never feel like I am rushed when it’s my turn either.

Don't bother going here unless you have an entire day to waste, you enjoy being belittled, having your medical concerns minimized and getting scolded about being a smoker. No matter what time I book an appt with her, I'm always in the waiting room for more than an hour before an assistant calls my name, THEN waiting another 20min to an hour in a room to be seen. Any issue Ive ever come to her with gets minimized, along with getting a lecture for being a smoker. The "ease of scheduling" doesn't matter to me when I have to wait 2+hrs to talk to her. Average wait time for any time I've been there is absolutely NO LESS than two hours. I just walked out on them. My appt was at 2, I arrived prior to the set time, and by 320 I still hadn't been seen. I will be finding a new doctor asap.

Always spends plenty of time in the room with me. On the flip side sometimes there can be a wait to see her. But I'd rather a doctor be that way than watching the clock & too fast. I see a lot of specialists and Dr Martini is a good member of my health care team & I use her for my general med issues & she is in the know on my chronic issues as well.
