Rude Rude Rude
Some people should not be doctors and she is one of them. Wrong profession lady! Extremely rude and condescending, acted as if I was bothering her, I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

My 93 year old mother suffers with debilitating Restless Leg Syndrome. I received a call from doctor's office telling me a family member must accompany her to her appointment. Mom has been on a few medications to alleviate symptoms but is now immune to them. Her symptoms are now more prolonged and motr severe. At her appointment we were told by Dr. Staraitis that she was 'out of options'. No recommendations or referrals to another doctor. I recommended low dose benzodiazipine, which research has shown to be an option. She refused because it would make her a fall risk. Her not sleeping and needing to walk to control the symptoms already make her a fall risk. I told her we were done and would find another doctor. Today Mom received a certified letter from her discontinuing doctor-patient relationship. Probably just to make herself feel better because mom and I effectively ended that relationship in her office that day. No bedside manner or empathy for this elderly patient.

Not very happy with my visit. Shared what was going on with he and she didn't suggest anything yet, but requested I get further testing (okay, no problem...) and that we'd talk after my other testing that day. After my tests, a nurse came up to me and told me the doctor said I had been discharged and could leave. They told me she had left to go to the main hospital for rounds. I had a potentially serious issue that I needed some type of follow up on. Poor nurse scrambled to find her or another doctor. Long story short, she shows up five minutes later and prescribes me something to help the pain I had. ...then why did you apparently discharge me minutes before?? Very frustrating... Next day, nothing has changed after what I was prescribed and she recommends a stat CT scan. I go in at 11am...no one had called it into stat (I don't know if that's her fault or a nurse?). I was at the hospital for 4 hours to get a CT scan because of this. Not very happy with this visit...

I have been a patient of Dr Staraitis for a few years. I have never felt rushed. She sits and listens to all my concerns. My last visit with her was almost 40 minutes long as we addressed all the issues I’ve been having. I highly recommend her. In fact my mother is changing her primary care physician to Dr Staraitis

My wife and I had our first visit last week and found Dr. Star very friendly and listened closely to what we were saying. I was very comfortable talking about why I came in..i didn't have to wait long and we went over concerns and what to do to correct it. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I was impressed with our visit. I would have no problem recommending Dr. Star to anyone who asks.

Rudest person. Would never be able to finish your story she'll just slap her thighs and yell well what do you want me to do about that or ask you as the patient's mother if we have a problem. I have never felt belittled and my wife until seen her I am now leaving the practice due to her rudeness been there for over 10 years with my family and because of her we're out of there.

My family & I find Dr. Staraitis to be a very friendly and trust worthy doctor. She listens and spends time with us. If you feel rushed, set it back, let her know you feel you need more explanation or time, doctors are not mind readers. This would be true for any professional , you employ them, if your not happy with the service, discuss it with your doctor, if issues are not resolved, find anther, at least give them a chance. It's the office call center which I'm not impressed with.

I have always had sinus issues and different side effects from that. I have been to multiple doctors, even a ear, nose, and throat doctor, who told me that my issues were not caused by allergies. Dr. Staraitis took her time with me and explained exactly what was going on with my body. A doctor has never done this for me, and I am so grateful that I found her.

She seems to be very rushed and not very thorough. My wife fell and had swelling in her leg, The physician ordered an xray that showed no broken bones, but did not address the swelling in her leg. My wife asked to see the xray report and the physician took offense to it and banned her from the practice.
