Dr. Suzzette Robinson, MD

I attempted to see this provider on two separate occasions. After an originally missed appointment, I attempted to make a follow up as I really wanted to see this provider, however, due to the unprofessionalism, rudeness, and disgusting attitude of the receptionist that works at the office this was not possible. The entire experience was very off-putting, and I was strongly urge to practice to take a look at their current policies and recognize the autonomy and ability of the receptionist to make decisions regarding patient appointments that greatly impact this practice and the community which the provider serves.I was recommended to this practice however, I am forced to seek alternative options as the negative interaction I experienced due to not completing the patient packet prior to my appointment with the designated time that was not convenient for the receptionist led to my appointment being cancelled and this not communicated effectively prior to me arriving to the office.

Dr. Robinson is an excellent Doctor. She knows her stuff and make sure that her patients are well taken care of. Excellent with labor and delivery.

She and her staff are just awesome. Very professional and caring of their patients. Top of the line OB/GYN care at this office.

I've been a patient of Dr. Robinson for 20 plus years. When I find a doctor his meets all my requirements, I never leave them. The care I have received is first class and the way she responds to my questions is why I will never leave her.

Terrible staff, they are all dense and dull of understanding. Dr. Robinson is just as bad and has terrible bedside manner. If u value your life go elsewhere. Robinson is greedy for patients but cannot keep up, repeatedly told me I didn't do the nuchal translucency test when I had done it several visits before! Because she never reviewed my chart to see the results. I left after the 4th visit where she told me I never did the test. What an idiot.

Dr. Robinson is caring kind and professional. She is very honest and she it's very straightforward she does not beat around the bush and that is important. There is no question that you cannot ask her she will answer you honestly and frankly and give you her best opinion always.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robinson's for many years now and do not understand the poor reviews. Dr. Robinson is professional, thorough, compassionate, and her bedside manner is excellent. I had two surgical procedures with her years apart and her care was impeccable each time. As a healthcare professional myself, I know quality care when I see it and Dr. Robinson does not disappoint. Additionally, I appreciate the professionalism, patience and courtesy of the office staff. T.Y. Dr. Robinso.

Dr. Robinson is probably the best obstetrician/gynecologist I have ever had and trust me I have been to many incompetent doctors out there! She is not only reliable but also understanding and patient. I never ever leave reviews for doctors but I have to for her since she singlehandedly SAVED my life. Everyone expects automatic trust from their doctor right? Well, it's safe to say, she's the definition of trust. She's a godsend.

I had a very large cyst on my left ovary that was discovered on a transvaginal ultrasound, it popped shortly thereafter (about 3 months) leaving me in excruciating pain, I had nausea, & fever for almost an entire 24 hours. She never Mentioned the cyst (I saw my records)when I told her, it may have popped she completely brushed me off, and told me to see my PCP. I have lupus, physical trauma Lands me in the ER. she let me down, rushed me out, & acted like I didn't matter, I Suffered as a result

Dr.Robinson is an amazing doctor. She really cares for her patients, and does everything she can to make sure all your needs are met no matter where she is. Even if it is not a service she provides she will pull out her phone, and personally call someone who does provide the service needed. Thank you Dr.Robinson for getting me this far in my pregnancy we're almost there!!!!!

I had a lot of health issues during my pregnancy. Dr. Robinson explained everything and constantly took care of me and my baby. When I was hospitalized Dr. Robinson always called to ask about my condition and came to check with me as well. I was very incredibly impressed about her dedication.

I love Dr Robinson!! My entire pregnancy was great. She answered all of my crazy questions during my appointments and even spoke with me on the phone after hours if I had concerns. During my unexpected C-section she stayed with me every step of the way. She calmed me down and explained everything as it happened. I was thoroughly pleased with my whole experience. I would definitely recommend her to others!!

Doctor Robinson has a great bedside manner. She's very friendly and thorough and I would highly recommend her. Her location is really convenient too and is right off a major bus line. If you're looking for a new doctor, check her out.

Dr. Robinson is by far the best Doctor I have ever encountered. She delivered my daughter 3 years ago and when I went into the hospital recently she made sure I was taken care of. She is caring, sweet very professional and just a lovely human being. I can't say enough about this woman. Thank you Doc for taking care of my family.

Dr. Robinson was awesome. She was very professional and knowledgable. She set my mind at ease and made my pregnancy and delivery enjoyable!

During my pregnancy Dr Robinson requested lot of medical tests that surprisingly were treated as ?experimental? and not standard by my insurance. I am 100% healthy,my pregnancy was going without any issue,no history of diseases in family etc,so there was no reason for conducting those exams. In fact without any explanation or warning that the procedure may go beyond the standard. Currently I am not even able to prepare an appeal and get my medical records from her office. Total lack of response.
