Remarkable experience!
I am an apprehensive patient aka i hate going to “the doctors (dentists included, sorry! It’s nothing personal!). When I tell you I almost wanted to just stay, hang out and chat during/after my appointment I mean it. The doctor and entire staff was so personable and comforting. It can be nerve wracking to have your blood drawn, talk about medical issues and just a doctors visit in general potentially receiving a new diagnosis. I felt at ease the entire time and look forward to my follow up appt! Dr K is so friendly and knowledgeable and really listens to you as a patient. If I could give this practice (Health + Glow) ten stars I would!

A Quack Practice
I'm a 58 yr old extremely healthy female whose been a patient at H&G since 2021. I had a physical on 10/5/2023 with a new provider (she didn't introduce herself so I don't know her name). I was concerned with an elevated inflammation blood marker. Her response was that it could be fixed with diet and exercise. I was running a half-marathon in a few days, teach multiple group ex classes a week and am in school to become a registered dietician. To make matters worse, when I asked for a bill with codes to present for reimbursement, the billing department told me to write in the codes as 'their system doesn't do this'. No insurance or cost sharing plan will accept handwritten bills! I complained and they reimbursed me my fee but fired me as a patient.

Worst doctor ever
First time I saw this doctor she refused to fill all my prescriptions . She said she could but would not. The next issue was contacting her office. No one answered the phone and voicemail was full. Office would not respond to faxes from pharmacy. Knowing I was type 2 diabetic she would not order bloodwork every 3 months and that is very important when you’re a diabetic. I would have to drive to the office and ask for my prescriptions . One day I went to her office and asked why they weren’t responding to pharmacy faxes they said they had not received them. They needed to print a referral and the printer was out of paper. When they loaded the printer with paper it printed my referral and continued to print things over and over again. I assumed it was faxes from many patients and pharmacy’s about meds . She would write prescriptions for my blood pressure medication and fill one for 30 pills and the other for 90 pills. I had to go without my blood pressure medicine for almost two weeks .

New patient
Went to drKallikadan because my primary who I loved was gone and need a new doctor. She didn't care about me or what my needs were. All she cared about was wanting to promote her glow business. Waned me to have hormone pellets injected when I didn't but didn't want to renew my hormone cream and was nasty about it. Wanted me to do a vaginal rejuvenation when I don't really care since I have other issues in that area and that will not help my situation. Have been looking for a new physician since someone who understands my needs. Not theirs.

Dismissive
had concerns over chronic shoulder pain and wrist pain. After meeting Dr. Swapna I explained all the issues I was having and also talked to her about the anxiety that I have. I tend to get anxiety in traffic or during long waits and after I explained this to Dr. Swapna, her response was “So your impatient”. I didn’t really know how to respond to her remark so I just moved forward with trying to setup my X-Rays and focus on getting help with my injuries. When I left the office I went in to get my X-rays done and I called her office to set up the MRIs once the results came in. Her office told me that they set up the shoulder MRI but it wasn’t necessary to get an MRI for my wrist. I asked to speak with Dr. Swapna and she said the same thing. I sought out another Doctor after being dismissed. My new Doctor set up my MRI for my wrist and turns out I have a large cyst in my wrist that is causing me pain. My experience with Dr. Swapna was me being dismissed.

Would not recommend at all she has made a number of serious mistakes with my card. She does not take the time to review patients medical history
