Do not use! Worse dr ever! She makes up excuses and tells you one thing and does the other

I saw Dr. Batra for all of my college career for ADHD meds. Other doctors required an extensive amount of testing that I couldn’t afford, but Batra made this easy. However, later on, I was moving cities and applying to grad school, and the nurse who was supposed to help get my prescription for ADHD meds transferred to a different pharmacy kept saying she would resolve the issue, but I wound up waiting 3 weeks or more for my medication. There was horrid communication from their office when I needed to provide additional information that was stopping the prescription, and Batra would take several days to sign off on the prescription for no reason. I later went in for stabbing pains in my stomach, and she was rushed. She behaved like she didn’t have the time to consider more than one possibility. After 5 minutes of assessment, she prescribed heartburn medication, which did nothing. I later went to another doctor who caught the issue by being thorough and actually listening.

Doctor is not organized. Staff is inexperienced. Has a staff member namrd Autumn who is very ignorant God bless her soul. She is young and very immature.

Dr. Batra always seemed very rushed, never remembers me or my previous visits and doesn't take the time to listen to my concerns. Each time is like starting completely over as it seems she does ever review my chart. She was never in the exam room more than 30 seconds.

I've been a patient for 13 years. She is very thorough, kind, and professional. She was especially supportive when my son died. I recommend her without any hesitation. I'm thankful to have her in my life.

I saw Batra today, and I wasn't impressed. She seemed like she didn't want to listen to me and already made her mind up. She checked my heart so fast I didn't think it was possible to hear anything except the thump of the stethoscope hitting my chest and instantly leaving my chest. Flu test was negative and I suggested a mono test and she said "ok,but it'll be negative too". I didn't appreciate her negativity towards another test. It's better than her Claritin remedy. And yes I was +mono

Dr. Batra has been my primary care physician for more than 15 years, and she is top-notch, the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She is gifted at accurate diagnosis. She takes a conservative approach to treatments, and I appreciate her suggesting non-prescription treatments when they will work and are appropriate. She is brilliant and always knows the current research.

She can not communicate with patients and has no care for patients. Does not listen to them or take their issues seriously.
