I was worried when my 79 year old mother was referred to Dr. Chanduri because I had read some of the past reviews. She has however been giving great care to my mom. The only thing I can think is that very few people take the time to review a doctor when they like their care but many are fast to post things when they do not. But as I had remembered reading these reviews I decided to come back to put this one in. My mom has seen Dr. Chanduri 3 times now but is still in the beginning of her chemo journey under her care for a metastatic incurable cancer so I’m sure future visits are to come and I will update this review should something change but at this point we feel very good about the amount of time she has taken with my mom to explain plan of care as well as answer our many questions. Her knowledge and expertise in the field she has been at for many years is very evident and appreciated by us.

With a referral in hand the front desk workers (male and female) refused to let me make an apt saying that I have to send my records over. Ok great, even though I've signed a ROI then when they figure out I have a HMO I am told "there are way more hoops you have to jump through," while also refusing to even let me make an apt. Lazy and Rude! I will be reporting this to my insurance company.

I have seen Dr Chanduri for 5 years every time I have to wait more than 1 hour and probably other 30 minuets in the room. Very poor!! I don’t understand how the office schedule the patients. Many times I almost walked out if someone reading this comment pls do something about it otherwise don’t have the survey for us to write about it ( I should have written it long time ago)

This doctor is a joke. Maybe it's time for her to retire. She does not care about her cancer patients. First of all she comes off very insensitive and then she looks at the wrong patient chart. Every time my mother has her monthly visits this doctor doesn't even know how many chemo treatments are left let alone how many she's had! She's horrible, can't believe that she's an Oncologist for that matter
