Apathetic and not competent
Had abnormal blood work that was not readily diagnosed by the first round of tests. Which were all testing for fairly rare things Dr Goel refused to discuss the subject of what would be the next step if all the rare tests were negative at the time of the appointment. Dr Goel did not contact me to discuss the abnormal results when all the tests came back. It is incredibly difficult to get in touch with her via her staff , who seem to not be able to contact her either. Considering that many people in this clinic have blood cancers, she is incredibly opaque to and insensitive of her patients illnesses, mobility issues and disabilities. Some of the things she said were word for word the same as what is on Web MD.
