Don't go to this doctor!!! No empathy, harsh.
I would not even give this doctor one star if I could. I have NEVER written a review about a doctor before, but this woman is literally the worst doctor that I have ever been to. I sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes because of their computer issues and incoming calls. When she came into the exam room, her opening conversation was saying that she had to rush and couldn't spend a lot of time with me because I was late. She said I do not have much time to talk to you because you were late. What is your problem? I told her I was on time, actually 5 minutes early. She continued her attitude and I told her that she was being extremely rude for something that was their fault, and I told her that I did not even want her to examine me because she basically told me that she had no time to examine me. She then calmed down but I was so mad, and upset! Horrible doctor, no empathy, no bedside manner. Awful.

My visit
My friend was just released after 3 days. Dr. Patel was very rude and treated her like she was a burden. She told my friend she was not equipped to handle her case. My friend went to the hospital bc she is having seizures and her virtigo was acting up. She couldn't even walk. They released her in the same condition. She didn't receive any of her seizure meds the whole time she was there. She also was in the same clothes she went in with 3 days prior.

I was admitted from the ER to inpatient and Dr. Patel was the attending provider. Her bedside manner and level of expierence is very poor. I would not reccomend having this provider for several reasons. After my procedure Dr.Patel had very minimal information from the surgeon on my overall case. She did not perform the due diligence you would expect an attending provider to perform such as speaking with the surgeon or specialist to ensure clear prevenative steps are provided to the patient.
