Dr. Swati Shah, MD

Dr. Shah herself is an awesome doctor and I have enjoyed her as a physician; however, the new office procedures and/or staff leave much to be desired. My issue has been ongoing since October when I tried to get a headstart on my authorization for my infusion that was due in November. Absolutely nothing was done when I initiated trying to get it done. I was provided with excuse on top of excuse as to why the ball was dropped. I have done a lot of work with my employer that is self insured who worked with the insurance carrier to get authorizations for 2025 (worked for health insurance for 26 years) yet don't have my infusion scheduled from almost a week ago, when the authorization was in place for my appointment. Dr. Shah called me personally when I left a message; however, days later and a few messages later I still don't have an appointment and none of office staff have called me back. It normally takes them several days to return calls, if they return them. The service level has certainly dropped since the change in office.
