Title: Warning: Poor Care from Dr. SY TSI at Corona Valley I want to share my disappointing experience with Dr. SY TSI at Corona Valley, where I underwent kidney stone surgery and subsequent aftercare. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. SY TSI was far from satisfactory. From the beginning, there were multiple instances of mishandled paperwork, leading to unnecessary delays and added stress. Additionally, there were repeated issues with ensuring I received the necessary medication in a timely manner, which caused significant concern and discomfort. Despite being responsible for my aftercare, Dr. SY TSI neglected to fulfill this obligation and was unresponsive to my needs. To make matters worse, I continue to suffer from unresolved issues, including ongoing blood in my urine, and Dr. SY TSI has refused to return my calls, leaving me feeling neglected and without the medical attention I urgently require. Given my distressing experience, I strongly advise seeking alternative care to avoid a similar ordeal. It is essential to prioritize one's health and well-being, and unfortunately, Dr. SY TSI at Corona Valley did not meet the standard of care.

Appointments run very late. He showed up two hours late to a procedure ... He misdiagnosed my problem and then prescribed the wrong medicine. My last appointment, I waited in the reception area for an hour, then waited in the examination room for another two hours. Ultimately, I became fed up and decided I wasn't going to waste any more of my life on this guy, and left. He did call two days later and gave me a wrong diagnosis. I have since found another doctor and have received proper treatment. Stay away !!

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY! He does not bother to call and inform patients of test results. I ended up in hospital for 5 days because he wasn't concerned about my lab results, prescribed wrong medication. If he tells you its "Normal" get another opinion quickly.

No, no, no! Do yourself a favor and find another Urologist. The entire office is mismanaged. The staff might be competent, but everybody is so busy that it's a total freakshow! Ridiculously long delays. Dirt and disgusting waiting room. Find another alternative. You're welcome. :)

Dr Tsi . Is my kidney stone dr. For surgeries. He is the very best urologist I’ve seen. Dr say. Has done 4 or more surgeries on my in last 12 years . He is the very best .the office staff is great and hav3 become my close friends.

I was written a prescription for a medicine from my doctor and his office sent it to my insurance to get an approval which was over a month ago, I received a denial for the medications, stating that the doctor should try something else before requesting this medication! I was not informed by the doctor's office of the issue I went to the doctor's office in person and wanted an explanation why I wasn't informed, some office assistant tried to brush me off by telling me that we will call the insurance and get the approval, so I asked to speak with the office manager and I spoke with Layne, which was understanding and she promised that she would take care of the Issue and will call me back when she got the prescription approved! I didn't hear back from her and I went to office on September 5th because again; they don't answer phones, an office assistant told me that they have an approval and showed me the approval they received on August 26th, I asked her why I wasn't called, she said tha

The review is for his staff. They will not answer requests, call backs, RX refills. We will be looking for a new Urologist. Total disgrace to medical field

Couldn't say Thank You enough to this amazing doctor. He gave us advise and guided us and gave detailed information on what to do for my brother which is very sick. Highly recommend Dr. Tsi.
