Dr. Syamala Erramilli, MD

Me and my wife went for Annual physicals to this doctor Syamala D Erramilli in Dec 2023. They were In-Network with my Insurance. The Doctor called after 2 weeks and asked me to come to the hospital to collect the reports. I alone went and collected the reports for me and my wife. After a month we see a surprise multiple bills from this provider1. Bill for Annual physicals for both me and my wife2. Billed me and my wife for my office visit for collecting the reports. Issues: The Annual Physicals are paid by Insurance. Upon inquiring found that the hospital has used wrong Tax ID and found they were out of out network. Infact, if they have used the right tax id. This would have been resolved. But there billing department never listens and always ask us to the pay the bill but never tried to resolve this issue with the insurance. 2. The doctor called herself and when I alone visited the hsptl to collect reports., Why am i being charged? Why My wife who didn’t even come to the hospit

I hate to say that I have to give this practice a one star review but I have to start by saying, Dr. Erramillii herself is a really good doctor. She is caring and all the good things. The problem is her structure/answering service. Whenever you dial the office number you will be directed to send them text messages. That first is a problem. When I first came to Dr. Erramilli, people answered the phones. Now...you can only reach them via text or email. Maybe for a commercial service that works but for a medical office, primary care physician it's problematic. Next, I reached out to her office via text as required with a request for information needed for an upcoming surgery on July 9th. By Friday, August 4th, I realized that I never received a response. I wrote back in and this was the response I received. As a chronic illness patient, I have at least 8 doctors. I don't experience this lack of responsiveness with any of them, just my primary care. She's the one who chooses the services

Fantastic experience with Dr Erramilli. We were in a jam trying to get a Covid test to travel out of the country. Dr. E committed to getting the test to the lab and the results back to us that day - and she absolutely delivered. Despite her office being swamped, it being a Saturday, etc...she made it happen. Was calling and texting with her until well into the evening and she was still responding and making sure that the test was being handled by the lab (I've got to think they were pretty busy as well with the Delta variant of Covid starting to grow significantly). Super pleased, can't recommend her enough and quite frankly am considering changing my normal doctor to Dr. E based on this experience. THANK YOU

They do not do refill on medicine and reply in timely manner. I have asked for refill for 3 med. Only two were refilled and when I contacted regarding 3 rd one three separate times, no reply came from her office. It's been several weeks. It has happened before as well.

Everyone was so professional and kind. The Nurse Practioner Rima, was very thorough, and most interesting in what I had to say, my health concerns, and most of all, she wants to help me be the healthiest best me I can be! You gotta love that!

Dr. Erramilli is a very good doctor she explain your condition answer all my questions and her staffs are very friendly and show compassion.

Dr Erramilli is a very caring and family oriented doctor. I started going to see her when my family practitioner couldn't able to diagnose my health issue. She immediately changed my medication and I started feeling better. She stays quiet busy, still she remembers my entire profile regarding my prescription, health condition and family. I would recommend her to anyone. Her staff is very courteous. Now, she has special number for appointment which is very easy to make an appointment.

She doesnt listen to you she always talks over you and always never gives u refill on your meds unless u come into the office to pay a co pay so they can bill ur insurance a office visit and she is never there when ive gone and wanted to see her its always a nurse practitioner..they alwaus come up with some excuse why she not there...never going back
