Dr. Sybil Mouzon, MD

Love her. She has been the best thing that ever happened to me

My experience with her has been horrible. She does not have time for her patients and does not call back, she has someone who you’ve never dealt with call you. I feel she shouldn’t be practicing psychiatry. It’s been very frustrating working with her and I do not recommend her.

I have been seen Dr. Mouton for the past few months. She is very professional and charismatic. She definitely cares about her patients. She explains using very simple words and asks important questions to try and get you to talk and find out what is going on. Her smile is contagious and I feel good after our session is over. She is very welcoming and treats you with care and concern. I definitely recommend Dr Mouzon to anyone who needs her services.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for genetic testing five weeks ago. I’ve called and asked for call backs and haven’t heard from anyone. Finally called the genetic testing facility today. Turns out dr Mouzon has had the results since 3 days after my initial visit. Absolutely despicable. Stay clear!

I have had various psychiatrists in the past, but no one like Dr. Mouzon. She is, of course, professional, but, more importantly, genuinely listens to patients and their concerns. She does not dictate what medication should be taken, although she is the expert, but is open to what the patient has to say, how one feels. It is rare to find a doctor who is compassionate!

I’m beyond impressed with my experience with Dr. Mouzon. Despite having a busy practice, I’m almost always able to schedule an appt. Dr. Mouzon is a true gem at this practice,they are lucky to have her. Not only does she care about her patients, she actually takes her time to Understand the true underlying problem. I’ve consulted with many MDs and have yet to find one as knowledgeable, accommodating, and concerned as Dr. Mouzon. She is hands down one of the best psychiatric prescribers.

I can't stress enough how refreshing it is to come across a doctor who takes the time to understand why you are there, discusses multiple courses of action that might help and follows up with you to see how you are doing. She even held a phone session with me when the weather prevented us from getting together in person. And even more rare when it comes to doctors, she was always on time with her appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Mouzon!

Dr could care less about her patients. Kid misses one appointment and she will not reschedule a follow up when kid really needs help. Are you not treating kids with issues such as depression, EFD, ADD and other diagnosis that would sometimes make them forgetful because of their symptoms? . Office is so unprofessional in getting a kid that needs help an appointment, 3 weeks and still waiting for a call back to be given appt.... thanks Don’t worry we found a doctor that actually cares. Horrible

If I could give her no stars I would. She is very inaccessible even at times of crisis and does not listen to her patients. The support staff is rude and incompetent. Overall I suggest avoiding at all cost.
