TERRIBLE
Not good at all. Have been dealing with terrible stomach issues and he prescribed me an antidepressant and told me Happy life, Happy stomach. We had the last appointment and when we walked out all the nurses had already turned off the lights and left. Very very creepy. DO NO RECCOMEND

A Godsend! He went to work and helped my son.
Dr. Syed Ali was referred to me by my husband’s doctor friend and he was referred because my son presented UC. Dr Ali went to work quickly and saved my son! I can’t thank him and his staff enough. We are so appreciative of this office and Dr Ali. If I didn’t see Ali then I would have to wait six months to see another GI for my son. Ali got us in quickly, did the colonoscopy, and stayed by us through my son’s treatment. He has been off meds over a year now and we are thrilled. Thankyou

My daughter, 16, was so sick. She was literally sick out both ends for 6 months. Her PCP finally referred us to him. He performed a colonoscopy and endoscopy to learn she has 2 ulcers. Ulcers y’all. He prescribed medication, and within a week she was so much better. Anxiety caused her ulcers, had no idea that was even possible, and I have nursing background. With his help my daughter is able to eat and enjoy life again! He’s thorough, and a great doctor.

Dr. Had Covid-19
I went to the office and two later the Dr. Tested positive for COVID-19 and the staff didn't notify the patients and only reason I found out was my son had test done and I wanted the results they said I couldn't get them until next week so I ask why they told me that the Dr. Syed Ali is out the office with covid 19 and the staff were still there working and so immediately I went and got tested my son as well we tested negative thank God!! That's not professional way of running a business you are suppose to notify the patients to let know.

Staff is ridiculous and rude - hanging up on phone and call you a lier . When they make mistakes with scheduling . Don’t waste your time and move on to Atlanta ! You are playing with your child’s life going here . Because instead of results you’ll get insulted .

Dr Ali I am glad he did not mention a clean out with Miralax but while talking to us he actually tried to tell my 1.5 yr old to calm down. Did the clean outs like he said. Theee days later my oldest was hurting and having accidents. So we called he told us to be at the ER next morning (thinking he was admitting like he said before) it was a mess and hell because he made her be seen in the ER. Basically he told me that she wasn't full even though I saw the X-ray and talked to nurse Never again.

If I could give any advice to breastfeeding moms- honestly probably ANY moms who care about bedside manner, how much the doctor truly cares about you and asks questions and RESPECTS you- my advice would to be stay far away. I am not doubting that he is very well "educated"in his field of practice but my experience was not good, in fact, I would have driven to Atlanta before seeing him again. He did not introduce himself, nor ask me a single question while consulting with us at MMC for my 2 month
