I have been seeing Dr. Rizvi for several years. He was highly recommended to me by a chemist at my workplace, to get my type 2 diabetes and hypothyroidism under control. He was honest with me from the start and his responsibility has been to give me the tools and the knowledge and keep me monitored and make adjustments as needed. I am under control with both issues and living well under his care. Yes sometimes I have to wait for him, but I have no issue with that. He is taking time to get the person he is with on the way to good health. It just takes longer with some than others. Some have much more serious issues than others. He would take the same time with my issues if it was needed. I appreciate Dr. Rizvi.

I went to him for at least three years and I was never seen at my scheduled time. He was consistently rude. Several I asked a question concerning my treatment and I was yelled at. Never again. I would NEVER recommend him!!

I have been a patient now for over 5 years. I would highly recommend Dr. Rizvi !! He always listens to my input and reviews all my case with me, He takes time to explain and make sure I know what we have discussed and format a health plan to assist me with my condition. The staff has always been professional and friendly to me and any others that I happened to see in the office. I appreciate the high level of care that is given to me.

You are never seen at your scheduled time. Waiting could be for hours. Maybe he will not be rude. This has happened on several occasions.

No personality. Wait time is 2 to 3 hours. The scheduling and check out staff are not the friendliest. Forget calling the office....no one answers. There is no. PA on staff though he had a really good one.

If you have alot of time to be waiting this may be your Dr. My time is to important to me to be sitting around 3-4 hrs until I am seen. If this is for you be sure to pack a good lunch and bring snacks. Been going here for 3 yrs and not once was i ever seen on the SCHEDULED appointment time. Hung in as long as i could. Only gave a 1 star because I was required to answer survey questions I would never recommend him!

DO NOT go to this doctor. TERRIBLE. I am a new patient, he did my thyroid testing and unnecessary ultrasound. He did not change my dose. My thyroid levels have been stable for the past 5 years. Now, after 90 days, when my pharmacy is trying to reach for a refill, he is not approving it. When I called, he is asking me to go for thyroid testing again..I do not understand why I need to go for testing again when he did not change my dose and my levels are stable for the last 5 years.Do not go to him

I have seen 4 different people while under his care, and one of them has yet to be him. They made a major error when recording my medical history, and I asked them to amend it. It has yet to be amended. At one of my visits, a handwritten note with another patient's medical info. was left out in plain site on the desk. Also, I've been diagnosed differently each time I've had an appointment - Grave's Disease, possible cancerous tumor, or toxic adenoma/Plummer's Disease. These are just a few.
