I've been seeing Dr. Nuzhat for a little over a year and my experience has been mostly adequate until recently. I've been having a lot of problems mentally over the last year as I suffer from Bipolar/anxiety/depression and many outside factors have been hitting me one after the other...including deaths in the family. I was forced by my job to do a continuous LOA back in March and recently they told me to do an intermittent FMLA so I can have an extra day to unwind every week. The FMLA was approved but Dr. Nuzhat refused to fill out the paperwork for me to get paid for those days. I realize I can't legally compel her to fill the paperwork out but like...come on. I don't see what the big deal is. Best part of it is she didn't even tell me herself....she had her secretary call me with the short sentence: "I refuse to fill out the paperwork." What a way to add to someones already deteriorating mental health. Looking for a new doctor as I write this.
