Dr. Sylvester Ramirez, MD

Dr. Ramirez was a good doctor but his office staff that I spoke to was confrontational and argumentative. I was told that it was my fault that my surgery wasn't scheduled because I did not call their office and tell them that my testing was finished. She all but called me a liar stating that she had told me that in the beginning. Testing was done 3 weeks prior to this call with results sent to His office. ( Dr. Ramirez said that as soon as he received the reports that he would schedule surgery. ) All my testing results went to Dr. Ramirez since he was the ordering Physician. He needs staff that have skills in patient communication and Patient recovery . We have cancelled surgery and have reschedule it with a new ENT whose office staff is professional.

i used my insurance and paid 90.00 deductible for removed cerumen one ear only he took a little tool, takes les than i minute, i made my apt with doctor Sylvester Ramirez, a youg man did the job not even the doctor now sending some balance for showind deductible from my insurance 51.42 when i paid 90.00 still owes money this is scam

Dr. Ramirez removed a skin cancer today from my scalp and did a fabulous job. I was nervous but he and his assistants made me feel at ease.

My visit this morning 5/6/2019 was my first visit, the staff was very nice, the Doctor is exceptional in my opinion. I highly recommend Dr. Ramirez to any and all who need his expertise. The doctor removed a large blot clot in my ear and said I did not rupture the drum as I had thought after damaging with a cue tip,I will stay away from them in the future.
