Very rude. Misjudged me. Very abrupt with an overall let's get this over with so I can go home. The staff did not look at me once let alone say hi If your looking for a dr that takes you seriously as a human then she's not for you. She should of been a veterinaria. Also after talking to other Dr's at Kaiser they all say she very to the point & abrut. Keep in mine I & any other readers are paying this woman for such rudeness. Appalling!

Dr Hanna is rude & has no compassion whatsoever. She has the uncanny ability to completely ignore the pain & suffering for her parents. Even many of her colleagues within the Kaiser workforce that I have spoken about her in a negative manner. All agree she is very abrupt. She does not act like a professional Dr. & she automatically assumes the patient is ignorant. A very arrogant person
