Wonderful doctor!
Wonderful doctor! Takes time to listen and respond to questions. Explains everything very clearly. Gentle and quick with the injections for macular degeneration. Highly recommended.

Wonderful physician
I had a retinal tear. He explained I needed immediate laser treatment to prevent further damage. I was very nervous about laser treatment on my eye. He was very calming, made me feel at ease. The procedure went surprisingly well & I high recommend him!!!

I am a 4-month post-op vitrectomy patient of Retina Vitreous Surgeons of Central NY. Dr Choudhury was my assigned surgeon for this emergency operation. I was an add-on to his surgical schedule at the end of what must have been a long day for him. Nevertheless, Dr. Choudhury and the surgical nurse and anaesthesiologist all made time to speak with me before the surgery and answer all of my nervous questions and were very knowledgeable and comforting. As far as I am concerned, the entire staff of RVSCNY are a bunch of "rock stars" who saved my vision and I will be forever grateful. A very high quality team. Their website was also very helpful. I would suggest the website add some info about post-op positioning; I did find their office nurse was helpful when I had followup questions after arriving home. I am incredibly grateful for the talented dedicated medical staff who devote themselves to this field and demonstrated excellence, professionalism and patient kindness.

My fear was escalated by the fact thisvwas my first sirgery ever. I was under a great deal of stress but his calm manner , knowledge and straight answers made me know I was on the best hands. My procedure was abpaon free success with no complications . He went above abs beyond and I am thankful . Highly recommend .

I found him to be very knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say and my concerns. I went in not knowing what my eye condition was, afraid & nervous. Was I going blind? Would I go blind eventually? After my visit with Dr. Choudhury I came out of there with a feeling of complete relief and assurance. People: Do NOT google your symptoms, save yourself the stress and loss of sleep. Wait until you see one of the doctors at RVSCNY. My relief is indescribable. And the staff-A+ in everyone.
