Dr. Taidine Lopes Bedney, MD

Dr.Lopes was incredibly kind and listened to my issues. Shes an amazing and empathetic person. made sure i was comfortable. The downside to being a patient of hers is she is ALWAYS behind in appts and is ALWAYS super booked months in advanced. I waited an hour and a half in the waiting room. Then another half hour in the exam room. After, I was told to make a follow up appt and she had nothing open for the next 2 months. 2 months come, i get a call that she isnt available anymore and the next opening isn't for ANOTHER 2 months. Then i get a call that she is changing locations. Day of the appt, i go and my appt was canceled without notifying me. Her schedule changed AGAIN and she was not open that day anymore. Front desk claims she called me and left messages but they did NOT. Dr.Lopes is a great doctor but her office/scheduling is a mess and its very discouraging. I wanted to start family planning with her but her never being available would just not work.

I have always hated ob/gyn visits. Until now. Dr. Lopes was empathetic, kind, and thorough and explained everything to me, making the process much less stressful. I feel like I’m in good hands.

I love Dr. Lopes. My first visit unfortunately was not with her (she was on vacation), and I almost switched providers because of it. Upon my next visit, I met with Dr. Lopes and all of my anxiety around my pregnancy and tests etc, was immediately gone. Even though each visit is quite routine, she never makes you feel that way. I never feel rushed or like I’m being steered in the wrong way. I feel heard and seen. I LOVE how calm she is. I’m so thankful I chose Dr. Lopes. I wanted a provider that I could relate to because I’m black, and I know that I made the right decision sticking with her. Thank you! You have no idea how much you’ve helped me.

It was good she explained every thing I wanted to know and giving solutions

Dr. Lopes always take the time to explain things to me me. She seems to care about me and constantly finds ways to make sure I understand everything about my care . She validate my concerns and always make sure I treated with respect.

Dr. Lopes is personable, thorough, and has great bed side manners. I trust her guidance and decisions with my OBGYN health. Claudia(nurse) and Allison(front desk) are also very nice to deal with!

Dr. Lopes took her time to explain to me things that needed to be explained and took in my 100s of questions without trying to rush the appointment. She was so kind and genuine with her answers. I found my new primary OB/GYN!

Dr Lopes always makes me feel listened to and heard. She is a very compassionate doctor who takes the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly. She is very kind and warm, she made me feel much better after an anxious OB apt.

Dr. Lopes is probably the nicest Dr. I've ever talked to. She wasn't annoyed by my 100 questions. I haven't seen a doctor in years and was nervous but i felt comfortable with her. She took her time to really listen.

one of my worst experiences in healthcare. Poor coordination between offices, terrible communication about test results and incorrect coding for billing which led to them pestering me to pay $15 that I really should not have had to pay as they coded me incorrectly. One visit, I had a student in training conduct my OB appointment without Dr. Lopes even here. She trusted a student without asking for my consent. Very poorly managed office and bedside manners

She was on call while I was in labor with my son. She was so kind, caring and professional. She made me feel so comfortable and safe. I never forgot her. Highly recommend!
