Dr. Tam Bui, MD

I took my Father to his visits to see Dr Bui who was referred by his general dr. The staff is rude as they speak vietnamese in the office in front of patients. this office CATERS to their own. We normally wait 1 hour to 1.5 hours just to be seen by Dr Bui for 15 minutes. dr bui NEVER took the time to explain things to my father who is in his 80s. the last time we had an appointment, i made sure it was to be the LAST. we had arrived and checked it only to be told MY FATHER HAD NO APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. after some chatter in vietnamese, i heard someone say in english that they had to see my father because a referral was found. we then waited 1.5 hours just to see the dr for 5 minutes and i am rounding it up to the nearest 5 minutes. i called my father's primary dr and requested to get a referral to another dr. i reviewed the New dr and because there will not be a language barrier, we will be fine. i have stated only FACTS with our experience. one word...AWFUL.

This was the most disgusting office I have ever been to. Rude staff, rude doctor blood left on instruments from previous patients. Just awful steer clear!!

Very nice and efficient office staff, quick to get me in quick to get me out. Referred me to a specialist. Excellent professional service. .

Rudest staff with poor service as if they don't have customer service training of any kind. Why would they even been hired ? How can they not being able to contact PPO provider, charged us $2200 in cash for the urgent nose surgery for our 3 years old son, promised to help us completing the 'Claim Adjustment' but always have excuses 'manager in charge is not available'

His staff is nasty and rude.
