Worst receptionist
Dr Tam is very nice and knowledgeable but receptionist are horrible, they need a lot to training especially in customer services

Great Dr. visit
I did not get a chance to see Dr. Tam Nguyen, but the PA was great, My Nguyen is very professional, thorough, extremely attentive to accuracy and detail, great job. I am happy with my visit

The assistant is rude and ends the call on your in mid sentence. No patient should be treated like that over the phone or in person. All hires are extended family and won’t be fired.

On 4/12/2021 I tried reaching out to Dr. Nguyen office, and have been put on hold 3 times and than received the voicemail. Trying to follow up with his staff if Dr. Nguyen has reviewed my Mammogram results . I received a letter from Valley Radiology on 4/14/21 saying they showed a finding that requires additional studies. I called the office regarding my results for my mammogram today, 4/16/21 Friday but learned he has left the office at 1:00 without any follow up. I am upset now because I was told to wait till Monday. Really how professional is this? Finding a new doctor.

My three visits to Dr. Tam Nguyen are wonderful! The doctor, his assistant PA-C, his nurse, front desk staffs are kind, friendly, and professional. They treat patients with respects and caring.

Nguyen was responsible for my father's care recently and he proved to be disorganized, uncommunicative, and of questionable competence. Nguyen violated hospital policy to visit a patient daily. He also attempted to discharge my father when he still had unexplained symptoms against the wishes of the family. He failed to keep his promise to keep the family informed of new developments because of my father's aphasia. We caught him in several lies after the fact. He was combative and made threats.
