Telehealth
I have been seeing Mathias for almost a decade and as I switched to being an adult and taking care of my own appointments she and her secretary Jan have made this process extremely difficult. Jan is rude, dismissive and has hung up on me at times. Mathias frequently is late to appointments by hours at some times that I have had to cancel cause I had to go to school or work. She will claim she is just “working hard for her patients” but either she is causing her patients to have mental health crisis every appointment that is causing others to miss appointments or she is awful at time management. She has also numerous time forgotten to submit prescriptions I need to go about my daily life that I have had to go cold turkey on medication that helps me with my ADHD and Anxiety disorder. I once was leaving for an overseas trip for a month and both my pharmacy and insurance said they had given the okay they just needed her to sign off. It took her two days to respond. She is awful
