Dr. Tamara Aloyan, MD

Dr. Aloyan repeatedly forgot information that was written in my file (in front of her), and told me to my face that my long-standing diagnosis of ADD/ADHD was no longer correct because I am an adult. The office was unreachable by phone on multiple business days over the course of three weeks, including by an insurance representative. In one instance I phoned and was on hold 17 times in one day before the system disconnected. When a formal complaint was made, a representative of the office called me and tried to get me to claim over the phone that everything was taken care of. I was emailed a record release Word doc with no information on who was requesting the records, expecting me to provide the address where the records would be sent, and with the wrong doctor's name written on the bottom. The office staff were unfriendly at best, and accused me of lying to cover their own (documented) error. Incompetent and unprofessional do not begin to cover it. Contact at your own risk.
