Cookie cutter “care”
If you’re looking for a provider to invalidate your personal experiences and make decisions for you without bothering to have a conversation, then this is the doctor for you. She’s terrible and caused me to leave a practice where I previously had a wonderful provider who was offering the first treatment thats actually proven effective against my years-long condition. Why do we accept this type of treatment? If you can’t be bothered to provide individual care, you have no business practicing medicine. I was able to almost immediately find multiple scientific sources (NIH, peer reviewed studies, etc ) dating from 1987 to present, that completely contradict what this person said to me, and validate the course of treatment I was undergoing. This month has been horrible, as I’m now left trying to find a new provider while experiencing a severe flair-up. No one deserves to be dismissed by a complacent know-it-all, especially when dealing with health issues.

I took my mother to Dr. Fedec following the protocol for appointments being there 15minutes before the appointment. And was also told that if we were late that there would be no grace period. We waited 1hour and 15mintes for the doctor. We were never told that she was running 45 minutes behind. The receptionist was short when I asked her what the problem was. Finally we left because mom was hungry and cold in that office. I don't even believe that she was there. There was more people planning their lunch than trying to meet patient needs. I'm disgusted with that level of unprofessionalism. If she was there, it takes 2 mins to say I'm sorry we're really late and thank you for your patient.

Without any reservations I would recommend Dr Fedec to all my friends and family members. She is the most patient, kind, caring, and skilled doctor at City Line Family Medical Center. I know the office name has changed to MLHC but she is one of the most trusted physician there. I've been a patient with her many years.

Dr. T. Fedec is an excellent doctor I have been a patient for over 25 years. She started out as my OB GYN doctor until she went into family medicine. She is always professional, understanding and I really consider her like family. I highly recommend her and excited that my daughters will soon be patients of hers.

Hands-down the best doctor I have ever had. She never makes you feel rushed, genuinely concerned, if you express any worry she is right on it! She has been my doctor for about 5 yrs and my son's also. I am a 47 yr old woman in good health, and I have a wonderful doctor to thank.
