Great People
Wow from the moment I enter the Doctors office the ladies at the sign in next were fantastic.. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and shared some ideas for future visits .. Then the person who took me in to see the doctor really made me feel comfortable esp when you have a situation that was serious… I was having a 3 month follow up for a skin challenge with Dr Moss and all the contact before seeing is important to keep us relaxed and her staff truly was terrific..Then my time with Dr Moss was great she really Made me feel great supplying me with good information about my situation and the future of my checkups… I would highly suggest everyone reading this to get your yearly skin exam and Dr Miss and her team are great .. See you again in 3 months and thanks ..

Disaster
I had 2 separate appointments on a Saturday cancelled two days before the appointment day. I had to wait another 6 weeks for the next Saturday appointment and they cancelled once again. The office’s reason for cancelling after I waited weeks for eachappointment was due to holiday weekend. If it was a holiday weekend the office should have block out these days in advance and not booked any appointments. I requested to speak with an office manager and she did not provide her name upon me asking and said “this is the office manager”. Front desk has you fill out the paperwork, I added my pharmacy information and they sent the prescription to an unknown pharmacy in Far Rockaway. They make sure they collect your co-pay before even seeing the doctor or PA, they don’t give you the option to pay after the visit or to bill you by mail. The way this office is run is a disaster. I had 3 unpleasant situations with this office, I’m not sure if I will return. The Dr and PA were fine

Disappointed Patient – Jun 03, 2022

Definitely not patient-centered care
I went to the appointment only to be turned away because my referral was not good enough for them. Working as a nurse for the city of New York, you deserve that kind of a treatment- after waiting for an hour after checking in at the front desk, I was told that they need a special referral and never even made an effort to help me be seen. What a way to communicate with the patient-no soon appointments, no reminders, crowded waiting area, did not even try to help out. When I asked to be rescheduled, the next appointment is in 6 weeks! Waste of time

So bad. l had two visits and I had never saw doctor even one time. One of the student nurse saw me and absolutely she don’t know what she doing. Staffs were so lazy and careless. Keep eating snacks all times and chatting each other. They really don’t care about the clients. I suggest keep away from this place and find someone good. Unprofessional service. We arrived 30 mins early to our appointment, waited for one and half hour. Do not give out appointment times if you can not see the patient

Please choose another doctor unless you want to wait for hours each and every time you come. Plus you're most likely not even going to see Dr. Moss! I just waisted 3hrs and counting in this place.

She is one of the nicest doctors in NYC. She's very professional, friendly and experienced. Definitely recommend her! Wait time isn't long at all. She sends prescriptions to pharmacy right away so I can pick it up at my local pharmacy as soon as I leave her office. Location of office is very convenient for me as well. High recommend her!

I had two appointments with this doctor and she showed up for a total of 0! I agreed to see her PA the first time, but the second time declined to have the PA perform a procedure. First time she was over an hour late at time I left and second 40 minutes when I left. I assume there is a reason doctors go to medical school. Callous disregard and disrespect for her patients and their time.
