Don't schedule here!
We scheduled our appointments to begin seeing Dr. Phyfer 3-4 months ago. They were supposed to be today. I called to verify since I didn't receive any sort of call to confirm. I was told it was cancelled!!! We didn't even receive the courtesy of a phone call! It was cancelled because the doctor is scaling back and taking a lot of time off. We sure would have appreciated some sort of heads-up about this, especially waiting for so long!! Back to the drawing board of finding a decent primary care physician!!! Totally unacceptable!!!!

Poor access: 5 - 6 month wait for an appointment
Tamika Phyfer was my wife’s primary care provider. The one star rating is for lack of access to primary care. It took 5 months to get the first appointment but the office assured us it would be easier after that. Not the case. We called 5 months later and were told the first available appointment was 6 months out.

She used to be with Dr. Dempsey, now she is with HCP. I live on the other side of town but I will still follow her. She listens more than she talks. During your appointment, it is about you, and that's all she cares about.

7/10/2018 Dr. Boulware is the best Physician Assistant in Las Vegas. Dr. Boulware is knowledgeable about her occupation. Dr. Boulware values every patient. Dr. Boulware is committed to providing outstanding medical customer service. I highly recommend Dr. Boulware for promotion in the medical profession. Dr. Boulware was my trusted physician for ten years.

Tamika Boulware was recommended to me. I have been her patient for the last 2-3 years. She is my primary doctor. Tamika is a PA-C working in Dr. Andrea Dempsey's office. Her nurse, Vicky, the staff & office personnel are very kind & efficient; always upbeat & positive attitudes. I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the office. I am very happy that she is my doctor as she takes time with me and is very thorough.I have complete trust in Tamika. I recommend her highly . Laura L. Kurth
