Dr. Tammie Stinson, MD

She is very rude and treats you like you are supposed to be a physician. Ask a question and you will get a mean answer. Better to look up your diagnosis online

I am in health Care. I went to Dr. Stinson as a new patient without wanting anyone to know I was in healthcare so that I can get treated as a patient not a professional. Her bedside manner is poor. She is cold and gives no eye contact. Her questioning during my medical history was rude... when I wasn’t answering her quick enough or when I began to explain myself further, she’d cut me off while staring at her computer screen and typing, she spoke down to me. I was surprised with her personality towards a new patient. I chose her after reading her online bio and where she had studied/trained, but her rude, cold, and non-caring personality turned me off. One of her questions led me to explain an emotional time I had gone through and instead of looking at me, She handed me a paper to sign staying that I would not commit suicide(?). I was in disbelief. I wasn’t depressed, but after that visit- I was. I Found a new Internal MD ASAP!

I can not speak highly enough about my experience with Dr. Stinson. I have a multitude of serious medical conditions and have to be monitored, tested, and medicated appropriately, to extend my lifespan. I rely on the trust relationship we have developed. I love Dr. Stinsons' no nonsense demeanor and admire her ability to systematically get to the bottom of my symptoms. I have came to her office hurt, broke down, and sickly. She has never coddled me. Actually her matter-of-fact way of thinking lends me the strength i need on the worst days. I couldn't recommend Dr. Tammie Stinson more.

Visit was fine, but getting refills is very difficult. Nurses treat me like I do not matter and that my concerns are not important. Not pleased with this office or physician at all.

She is fine as a Dr. however can't ever get an appointment when needed. Always end up at walk in clinic and phone nurse fails to return calls. Looking into changing doctors soon. So would I recommend Lutheran medical... not at all.

Dr Stinson takes time to listen to your health concerns, provides excellent medical care and runs an extremely efficient and professional office. Highly recommend!

I went to my appointment early and got right in.....and I was early. I really like that she goes over everything and doesn't miss anything. She has helped me get myself back on track having high blood pressure and working out my health issues. I recommend her to my friends and family. I really feel blessed that she is my doctor!!
