Dr. Tammy Pruse, DO

I have been using this doctor for a year now and every prescription out of her office literally takes months for her staff to get it through the pharmacy. When I bring it up to them they defend their terrible policies and staff that are so incompetent. I have tried to stick it out because switching doctors can be a pain but every time I go to her it’s a pain. Hopefully I can save people some pain by not recommending this office.

Simple RX refill - took days then it was the wrong type. on hold 40 min. they said they would fix.still got it wrong- then they put the wrong dose and days. HAD TO CALL 4-5 X. before I got it corrected. Im glad I'm not old and without the ability to recognize it. the system to get to the office is ridiculous!!! 30-40 min wait times. I changed DR.s

I met Dr. Pruse for the first time a week ago. Dr. Pruse shows excellent oversight of all of my health issues. We discussed a plan that is financially feasible without sacrificing health. Dr. Pruse is respectful and kind. She also has a sense of humor. I love her!

would not recommend if you need help quickly, they take their time.

Followed up with Dr. Pruse. Seems problems are not with the doc. They are with the staff. If you don't tell her she won't know. She is a good listener. She now has a Nurse Practioner. If you can't get in to see the doc you should be able to see the NP. This will improve urgent appointments. I'm thankful I went back. Whenever I have been referred out to a specialist I have always like them. Hope this rings true with the newest one.

Tried to get a simple over the counter medication prescribed and the wrong was sent to the pharmacy. I called them 4 time and pharmacy call 3. In the end I went the office and despite the fact I just had an appointment in the last 4 months was told I had to see the doctor. I can not understand why I would have to see the doctor to get a prescription for something I can buy without any prescription. Frequently calls to reschedule appointments. Gave wrong appointment time for the rescheduled visit then refuses to see you. Basic visit is a 6 week wait. Cannot get in when you are sick. Staff is less than impressive. The only saving grace of the office is the arnp sherry-she is amaxing.
