Would never recommend this office!!!! Dr. Edwards is great but it is hard making appointments. They are always booked and never answer the phone. The answering services are always saying they are in rollback time. She is never really there. The wait time is awful as well. Currently changing my doctor at this moment.

I would highly recommend Dr. Edwards to anyone. I indeed have sent my entire family to her. She is quite personable and down to earth. She listens to your needs and provides the most knowledgeable medicines and treatments.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had! I am currently still sitting waiting to be seen for my 8:00 appt! It is now 9:11 and she just, just walked in the door!!! Unreal! I specifically told her staff that would have to be at work at 10:00 when I made the appt. I was assured that it would not be a problem for me to be seen in a timely manner as I'd be the first appt!! Yeah right. Nothing but lies. They didn't tell me she wasn't here til they took my copay. I just walked out unseen!

Once you get back to Dr. Edwards, she's great. However, Every appointment I've had over the last year I waited at least one hour, and once 2 hours just to see her. She books far too many patients. The last straw for me was her rescheduling 3 of my appointments within the last 6 months, including the same followup to get lab results twice. Her service is great. However, the rescheduling and long wait times are unacceptable.

Dr Edwards is thorough and helpful. I've been with her since 2011 and have only positive experiences. Whether it's an emergency or routine procedure she's there to fix you. She's down to earth and knowledgeable. She double checks herself. Again, she's very thorough. Her staff are courteous and friendly, but there's always that one grouchy person in the office. I think dr. Edwards goes above and beyond.
