Dr. Alam did my laparoscopic hysterectomy and ovaries removal on 12/27/2020. I had no pain after the surgery. Today is day 5 after the surgery and I have needed no pain medication. She has a great bedside manner and is very kind and professional. During my office wellness visits, she took her time to explain everything in detail. I feel I was very lucky to have her as my OBGYN. I have great confidence in her. I would not question her surgical skills.

I don’t even wanna give 1 star, I saw her in the ER September 7th as I hemorrhaged on my bathroom floor, the bleeding slowed but I still was bleeding a lot, the house OB which was Dr alam. Wanted to send me home, stated I started my period 3 weeks PP, asked me what would you like us to do for you, and asked me how far away I live ? I said 10 minutes she said well you are not far if it happens again. Well i hope you are reading this because the next morning it happened again and I thank the lord I requested a transfer to St lukes. Because the bleeding wasn’t stopping, I lost all my blood volume and went into shock, I ended up needing an emergency hysterectomy to save my life. If I would of went home like you wanted. I would of died in my husbands arms in my house. You need more training in PP women, I highly suggest not turning away the next women who’s bleeding and take care of them better so they don’t almost lose there life like me!!!!!!!

Dr. Alam is absolutely incredible. I’ve seen so many doctors but she is by far the best. Very sweet & polite. Knowledgeable, friendly, caring, & you can tell she is so good at what she does. I absolutely love her.

Dr. Alam is very frank, understanding, and helpful in answering any questions or concerns a patient may have. She is easy to talk to and non-judgmental. I've been going to her for three years and recommend her highly.
