Disappointing
We feel her interest is in her TV gig, but that she had little interest in us or our well being. Did not feel she actually cared at all. She was the antithesis of everything you want your trusted Cardiologist to be. just by the book. Felt disrespected and dismissed. If she saw us on the street an hour later, I felt she wouldn’t have any idea who we were. Dr. Cangello didn’t ever follow up on a negative test report and alarming scan results, didn’t call or pay it attention. The office staff was incompetent as well. Her affiliation to Lenox Hill makes sense too. Very disappointed. Certainly wouldn’t trust her with my precious heart!!
