Friendly and compassionate
Everyone was awesome and had a great sense of humor. Lets be honest when it comes to a colonoscopy who isn't nervous. The staff member that scheduled mine even told me that if I start to think about canceling that I was to call her and she would talk me through it.

She is so professional and kind!
I was so nervous at the beginning of my visit. Dr. Menon put me right at ease. She is so kind and compassionate. She is an amazing dr and you can tell that she actually cares about her patients. She took the time to respond to questions and made me feel like I really mattered. I will never see a different gastro dr ever!

Outstanding care
The professional staff and wonderful care they provided. They were efficient and answered all my questions. Explained procedure in detail. No waiting time. My daughter got to cancel her vacation day. Best Colonoscopy care I have ever had. No stress. Follow-up phone call next day to check on me. Highly recommend this facility and doctor.

Not having had a colonoscopy before my first experience went very smoothly. The nurses and doctor were wonderful. Very kind and explained everything clearly. It also was faster than anticipated. Great job all

Office visit with Dr. Menon
Very professional and informative. She listened to all the problems I'm having. She then told me the plan to conduct some tests she wanted to do. Then use the results of those tests to provide me with a healthier quality of life.
