Thorough personable
Dr. Quesnell impressed me with the thoroughness of her neurological exam. She is also both a good listener and friendly.

She doesn't have a clue.
I have debilitating, painful neuropathy. Her answer to this incredibly complicated disease was to go home and rub lidocaine on it. Her complete lack of understanding of this horrible disease is appalling.

Does not Listen
This doctor does not listen, gets upset when asked a question she cannot answer - and lacks empathy for patients in distress. She blames patients for her poor communication skills.

Worderful smart cookie
Dr Quesnell was recommended to me by my pain specialist doctor. After seeing 2 other good neurologists with no clue what was happening to me I decided to try one more time. She came into the appointment prepared having read my chart and mri’s. She listened and was engaged. She is a problem solver and a delightful person who puts you st ease. I feel very blessed she’s helping me in my health journey.

MD is great. Support staff isn’t supportive.
Being a patient of this clinic is always a run around. The doctor is kind enough (and so is her PA), but the support staff (admin) is subpar. I’ve been a patient here for years, and they always treat me like a stranger and an inconvenience. I was disconnected five times or more when calling this morning….and instead of connecting me with triage, after scheduling me for the next available appointment, in September (it is 06/05/2023 today), I was hung up on…..again. These people don’t “care,” so as long as you don’t expect much, you won’t be disappointed. I am currently waiting on hold again to leave a message for my neurologist about my increase in neurological issues. I am disabled, and I’m not able to rely on any of these people. Best of luck, patients.

I’ve been seeing Doctor Quesnell for over a year now, and she is excellent. She listens to me and asks good questions. She’s 5 stars across the board. However, the office has failed to coordinate with insurance to get a prescription for me. Dr. Quesnell ordered the medication, three times. My insurance required prior authorization then, a medical necessity statement. I followed up with calls to prompt the office to act on these communications but, the prescription hasn’t been filled. It’s been 8 months since I was first prescribed this medication. I’ve been through the above process 3 times. I sent a letter to Dr. Quesnell (eyes only) via return-receipt guaranteed which was signed for by office staff. I believe the office staff is either incompetent or uncaring or both. I give Dr. Quesnell 5 STARS, the office personnel ZERO!

Had my first appointment with Dr Quesnell this week and had an EMG done. The staff that work at office as well as Dr Quesnell were friendly, professional and very helpful. They showed great care in questions as well as procedure. I was comfortable at all times and I felt the Doctor spent plenty of time with me. Follow-up was explained and the next steps. Thank you Dr. Quesnell and staff!

My mom is so pleased with her care and concern. She spends a quality amount of time with her. Answers all questions and makes sure she her diagnosis. SHE doesn't give medicine out liberally like some drs. You have a pain just add another pill. That is not her style. We believe we were lead to a wonderful bright intelligent woman.

I wish I could leave a minus star rating.Avoid this doctor,I asked her if she would consider re evaluation of my daughter as 2 doctors who also care for my daughter disagree with her diagnosis and non existent treatment plan. She refused point blank. I am distraught at the situation we find ourselves in. I would not want this to happen to anyone else.
