Dr. Tara Tomasso, MD

Multiple times the staff was rude or unprepared, and the physician was rude during my visit. She acts as if she does not have the time of day for you. I have heard from multiple patients that felt the same way. After giving her multiple chances, I switched family doctors. I would not recommend this doctor.

The receptionist was rarely warm on any interaction I had with her and on the day that I was to see Dr. (After waiting 6 weeks for a new patient appointment) I was given zero respect when in need of directions and patience while traying to navigate to the office. After calling for 10 minutes when realizing I was at the wrong location, this rude individual discussed my status with her colleague (and not me) while on the phone, I shared I saw I was 7 minutes away but promptly told my paper (that I was to be 15 minutes early for) was going to take 30 minutes and there was no way I could make it in time. There was no discussion, no kindness, no customer service. I was literally going to discuss my anxiety and this woman nearly sent me into a panic attack.

I have been going to Dr Tomasso for a long time I have various medical conditions that I see specialist for but Dr Tomasso keeps track of it all as the specialist seem to only worry about their specialty Dr Tomasso is not only a good thorough doctor she is also caring and compassionate

I’m grateful for Dr. Tomasso’s care of my father. She is caring, genuinely concerned about his quality of life, and no nonsense. I have a lot of respect for her.

Staff uncaring of existing patient specific situation, rescheduled her appointment for the next day while patient was in the parking lot following their covid protocol trying to call in to let them know of arrival. No concern for human kindness. Never going back.

Dr Tomasso is very calming she centers me. ??She Listens and takes her time with you so that she understands what is going on with you
