It was an ideal visit. There was no wait time. Staff was friendly. I had the doctor’s full attention. He is professional and knowledgeable. The doctor explained my situation throughly. I was very pleased with the whole visit and I highly recommend Dr. Alasil and his staff.

I love going to see the eye Doctor because they get you in quickly and sometime earlier than your appointment. The staff is very friendly and the office is very clean. Dr. Alasil is very nice and let's you know what's going with your eyes. I've had laser treatment and it wasn't to bad. The doctor takes good care of you and explains exactly what is going on. I look forward to getting my eyes checked since I am diabetic.

The way he addressed my concerns

Dr. Alasil is driven to do what he can for as many as he can. He's all biz so at times he comes off as brisk, but if you have a question he'll take time to give you the info you want. The staff around him is excellent; professional, knowledgeable, friendly & all with a sense of humor, including Dr. Alasil. And that goes a long way when dealing with eye issues makes you queasy or worried.

I drove 45 minutes to arrive early to complete new patient paperwork only to find the entre office closed and locked for lunch. So, I waited another 45 minutes for them to reopen. The rest of the appointment was fine. I don't know the name of the gentleman who did my workup, or the receptionist because they never told me, but they were friendly and competent. The office operation was efficient. I met with the doctor (Alasil?) for a total of about 5 minutes before I was whisked back to the front waiting area to make my follow-up appointments. So, after driving 45 minutes and waiting 45 minutes, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. In retrospect, I should have waited in the waiting area for my eyes to be less dilated, but instead, I drove the hour home, half blind. Luckily. I made it home in one piece. I was with the doctor such a brief time, I really have no basis for a review of him, other than he seemed nice, professional and competent.

After the first visit, I did not feel afraid during the eye injection.

They get you in and out pretty quickly. You see a lot of different people who are all very efficient and nice. Only downside is it can feel a bit impersonal at times. Of course that could just be me.
