Horrible office manners. Never had I ever been told that I would be receiving a call back, never did, so I call back and ask what happened, and the gentleman says "but did I promise you"? "Wow, someone is in a bad mood". Yea, after 2 weeks of trying to get through the office, either you get no answer, not able to leave a voice mail either, or being treated rudely by the employees. Decided to go directly into the office to speak to the scheduler, told she comes in at 2pm, but the office closes or stops receiving calls at 3pm and you do not get a call back as told. 5 or so attempts to get my elderly father a referral, as told to do so by St. Agnes. When I told them we needed a referral from Dr. Guzman, the gentleman laughed and said "he's a PA ma'am, not a doctor". Yes, after a certain point, anger comes out in my voice and this treatment was very unprofessional and I think the Doctor and PA needs to know how their patients and their loved ones are being treated. Hope to get a new dr.

Had him as my PCP for almost a year but never had the chance to utilize him. Finally called in to make an appointment for check up. Front desk told me they wouldn't be able to see me for 2 months because of my insurance. So, they've probably been accepting payment from my insurance knowing that they wouldn't even see the patients. Switched immediately. Would have been happy with a courtesy call regarding their issues.
