The office staff are incredibly rude. From the minute they answer the phone, they exude an, "I don't want to be here and I don't really care what's wrong," attitude. They are not helpful when scheduling with emergencies. They are inept at properly charging a credit card (ie: paying off a bill- I was supposed to be charged $200 a month for 4 months. They skipped a month and then the next month out of nowhere- $400 charge in one month- that's not helpful) Dentist is "money grubbing" and will not complete any job without explaining how the more expensive option is better. We do not trust him. He doesn't listen when you speak. AWFUL experience. Will NEVER recommend.

After seeing this doctor for ten years, we had to change the insurance after the Covid pandemic. Then they suddenly stopped seeing us with the unacceptable excuses (to see another emergency patient or the receptionist was sick out) twice during a week. I'm pretty much sure they didn't want to take our new insurance. The most terrible experience I've ever had. I'd love to file this case to the NY States.

Don't even think about seeing this guy. Youd think a dentist would be able to fill a cavity but youd ne wrong in this case. I had to go back 3 times so he could correct the fillings in one tooth. It didn't work. I finally went to a real dentist and got the filling replaced and now I don't have the pain and did comfort caused by his crappy work. I won't even gi back for a cleaning. I'd trust a gorilla to be more delicate with my teeth. Seek dental work elsewhere.

Smoothest dental appointment I have had in a very long time. Dr. Katechis was very attentive to my needs and was very sensitive in dealing with my dental phobia. I'm very happy!
